But the GOAL is that acts like self-love aren’t radical. The goal is that the pursuit of love and compassion and freedom are boring and basic and a regular part of every day life. The more we embody what feels like freedom, the more normalized it becomes—and the more accessible it becomes for all.

As a writer, I have been offering shared reality around what it means to thrive through blog posts, online editorials, Instagram rants, and storytelling projects. I’ve designed and sold hundreds of gratitude calendars to customers around the world. And I’m continuing to look for new ways to connect people to their inner wisdom and guidance.
