#foodforthought Friday: Male & Female Brains Aren't Different

Another study has just come out to support the hypothesis that men and women aren't "wired" differently.

Before you get all up in arms, remember: their hormones are different and they're socialized differently, which explains why behavior may vary between people who identify as male vs female, but their brains aren't inherently different in structure.

Considering what we've learned before—that we have the ability to change the physical makeup of our brains using thought, behavior, and nutrition—it certainly makes sense that socialization could be the root cause for why men and women identify with varying behaviors. Hey, maybe there is no Mars of Venus—just Earth.

Happy #foodforthought Friday!
