Free, Not Radical
Free, Not Radical
Embracing your inner freedom shouldn't have to feel like a radical act.

CHASE what feels free.

RECLAIM what it means to feel radical.

In today’s culture, phrases like “self-love is a radical act” ring true.
But the GOAL is that acts like self-love aren’t radical. The goal is that the pursuit of love and compassion and freedom are boring and basic and a regular part of every day life. The more we embody what feels like freedom, the more normalized it becomes—and the more accessible it becomes for all.

GROWTH IS OUR BIRTHRIGHT.

I care about the health of my community because I care about the future of this planet.
I care about your thriving because I believe it contributes to the prosperity of all who have come before you and all who will come after.

SHARED RESOURCES LIGHT THE WAY

As a writer, I have been offering shared reality around what it means to thrive through blog posts, online editorials, Instagram rants, and storytelling projects. I’ve designed and sold hundreds of gratitude calendars to customers around the world. And I’m continuing to look for new ways to connect people to their inner wisdom and guidance.

THE FNR UNIVERSE IS EXPANDING

If you’ve ever tried one of my meditations, you know I have a penchant for diving deep into the imagination. I believe our rich inner worlds hold the key to unlocking all of the richness in the rest of our lives.

It’s also no surprise, I’m sure, if you’ve read any of the journal entries on this website, that I feel connected to something beyond what can be seen or measured. I believe we are all guided by compassionate witnesses in the beyond, including ancestors and past life connections, who are rooting for our growth and evolution in this lifetime.

I’m currently co-hosting a podcast that explores how we can tap deeper into self discovery by connecting to our cosmic guides.

I am still creating calendars and other tools that I’ll be sharing in the shop annually, but currently pouring all of my energy into the pod. If you’re so inclined, I’d love for you to join us as a subscriber. And if you end up being a fan: ratings, comments, and shares are all free ways to contribute to the success of the show.
