So many of us struggle with feeling groggy at the start of a new day, and this six-minute guided meditation puts you back in alignment with what I call your energy body, or your ‘feeling space.’ It’s imperative that you begin to connect with your feeling space throughout the day—it’s the gateway to your subconscious and sends you messages that direct you toward your highest good. The more frequently you connect to this part of yourself, the more you’ll be able to decode your own intuitive language. This is the magic of journey work: it teaches you how to trust yourself.
