What to expect from our 1-on-1 sessions:
What I do: I pair the non-violent communication framework with somatic exercises to help you unblock your unhelpful narratives. Through this process you will learn to find safety in both your body and your choices.
What it costs: Right now I am offering a sliding scale in response to COVID and in an effort to make this work affordable for all. Each session will cost between $5-$30 depending on your comfort level. This means ALL 4 sessions will cost between $20-$120 and can be paid through Venmo or PayPal.
You do not have to take all 4 sessions. We’ll meet you where it feels good.
How we’ll connect: I’m currently taking sessions via Skype, Zoom, or Google Meetings.
How long is each session? Each session should run between 45 to an hour, depending on what comes up!
Meet your feeling space // Uncover your narratives
In our first session, we’ll discuss the context of what you’re navigating. Then we’ll drop into a guided journey.
You’ll be lucid but relaxed as I walk you through various scenarios that could play out in your life. As I do, you’ll take inventory of your feeling space and communicate back to me what you’re noticing. The journey will take shape based on your body’s feedback. I may ask you to communicate various memories or visuals that pop up in the process. If you’d prefer not to share, you can simply take note of these memories for yourself.
As you step out of this journey, we’ll discuss what some of the physical sensations were ‘speaking’ to you. It’s in this dialogue with your body that we’ll be able to uncover your narrative blocks.
You’ll walk away with tools to help you explore the new narratives you want to embrace.
Tweak your narratives
After a week or so of you exploring your new narratives, we’ll discuss what came up for you and if necessary we will uncover some of the ‘tangental’ narratives that popped up.
It’s common for there to be a deeper “core” narrative behind the narratives we discover in session one. You’ll usually recognize this core narrative when you have a major “aha” sensation in your body.
We’ll do another guided-but-lucid journey based on where you are in your journey!
I’ll spend the time between this session and next creating a personalized meditation for you based on the narratives you’re exploring.
reinforce ‘safety’ in your body
Now that you’re integrating your new narrative, it’s a good time to focus on building your trust muscle!
We’ll walk through how to tune into your body throughout your everyday activities and assess various areas of your life where the sensation of ‘safety’ is needed in order to feel grounded, resilient, and energetic.
This is a strengthening session! But we’ll of course touch on any questions or issues that arise as you’ve been working on your narrative.

How has your new narrative been serving you? Where have you noticed expansion? We’ll take this time to celebrate the wins, make some final adjustments, and release you back into the wild with a renewed sense of empowerment and freedom.
