On Day 1 you meet your somatic self, or the part of your body-self that feels things. We want you to learn to FEEL YOUR WHOLENESS first and foremost so your nervous system can begin to rewire itself.

Day 2 △ self-expression

On Day 2 you meet your higher self, which sounds hyper-spiritual, but in actuality it’s just a beautiful example of how humans have been using ‘archetypes’ to bypass our ego’s resistance to our worthiness. Whereas Day 1 was about the feeling experience, today is about the conceptual experience.

Day 3 △ reprogramming

Bringing it all together, Day 3 integrates your everyday hiccups into your wholeness. It’s about self-soothing, self-awareness, and establishing resilience. Here you’ll reprogram your narratives using both the feeling and conceptual space. We all know life has its challenges, but when our sense of wholeness is accessible, we can transmute these challenges with greater ease.
