SELF-CONNECTION DASHBOARD

  • create module for DAILY CHECK-IN: allows users to check in with their body, do body scan, offer whatever they may need for the day.

  • Create WEEKLY email notifications (automate) for everyone who signs up for the workshop. Over the course of 6 weeks they will get a reminder email each week—encouraging them and letting them know they are doing great.

  • At the END, take INVENTORY of how you felt at the beginning of the program vs how you feel at the end.

△ INTRO

Give brief overview, explain how the daily practices will work, let them know that TRUE daily practice is vital.

Fill out an INVENTORY list: how do you feel at the start of this program?

△ NEUTRALITY + PLAY

Introduce them to the concept of “I am.” If you can’t say something nice, say something neutral. Notice the negative self-talk and replace it with a neutral observation.

Also introduce PLAY, asking them to dedicate time at least 1 day/week to ENJOYMENT. Mark it on their calendar as their 1 hour of solo time that they can use for anything. Hikes, baths, dance parties, classes - whatever.

△ CURIOSITY

Teach somatic cues. Walk through joyful / annoying scenarios with a meditation or video and notice what comes up.

Include a ‘clarity’ visualization meditation here, too. What vision of yourself brings you joy? Revisit this meditation every so often to witness if and how this shifts as you get to know yourself deeper.

△ AWARENESS

Journal Prompt: draw awareness to where cues appear IRL and jot them down in a journal or on your phone.

Mark down the behaviors that feel GOOD. Take account of how often you lean into them.

Mark the behaviors that feel BAD. Is there a pattern?

△ UNBLOCKING

You’ve gotten good at noticing feelings. Now you connect the dots to your NEEDS.

REPROGRAMMING MEDITATION - For all the BAD feeling behaviors and patterns. This will help uncover the ‘why’ and it will also offer healing around the trigger.

Exit the meditation with a NEW narrative.

△ INTERRUPTION + REPAIR

Learning to meet your needs.

Teach about ‘requests’
Teach about ‘holding space’

HOLDING SPACE / COMPASSION MEDITATION for moments when requests cannot be met or are too scary to ask for. How can you meet your need by yourself?
